ORLANDO, FLORIDA Sony Music contracted LoadBank International when their other technology was not working properly. Our first contract for them was to retrofit LoadBank Technology into an existing system by removing the failing brake roller tacks and installing AirTrack technology. The result was instant and rewarding. LoadBank International has installed multiple systems in three different plant locations with 100 percent uptime. The primary application for LoadBank is staging in-bound materials with secondary applications for handling in-process raw materials.
A global consumer brand company was facing limited production space and a dramatic increase in business. Products needed to be staged before they are released for market. This leading manufacturer looked to LoadBank for a system to increase storage utilization and provide a true FIFO inventory control. Pallets weighing upwards of 3000 # are held in a multi-level LoadBank system that increased storage space utilization by more than 40 percent.
